A highly reputable, established and rapidly expanding Domiciliary and Extra Care provider has an excellent opportunity for a Care Coordinator to line manage and supervise Care Workers in the Manchester area.

As Care Coordinator you will line manage care workers, including some field base work carrying out a range of functions in the field, including the assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction and support of care workers. Your duties will include planning and allocating care assignments to appropriate care workers, ensuring that the care worker rotas are organised and sufficiently well planned taking into account travel time and routes, and liasing with professionals to develop and deliver holistic, person-centred packages of care.
What we’re looking for in a Care Coordinator:
• Able to demonstrat experience in delivering and managing care support services
• A strong leader and able to manage, motivate and delegate to a team
• Great IT skills including email and Microsoft office
• Have a good understanding of the principles of good care
