A leading privately owned nursing home in the Burton area currently requires a Care Home Trainer to join their team.
The home is locally owned and operated and provides round the clock nursing care to older people with a range of physical and mental health nursing care needs.
Details of the Care Home Trainer vacancy and what the successful candidate can expect to receive:
• A permanent contract for 40 hours per week
• Working days shifts only
• Depending on experience the home offers competitive annual salary, up to £27,000
• A range of staff benefits including company pension
In this role you will support the Home Manager with their training and development needs, coordinating and facilitating the learning and development of all staff, whilst identifying further training needs.
What we are looking for in a Care Home Trainer:
• A minimum of NVQ/SVQ Level 3
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive approach and committed to delivering excellent training
