A Care Manager is required to work for one of Liverpool's leading providers of Adult Social Care.
You will lead and supervise a team of care staff across the Liverpool area, ensuring high standards of personalised and professional care us delivered to service users in their own homes.
About the Care Manager role and what the client is offering:
• A fantastic salary offered up to £30,000 p/a (DoE)
• A permanent, full-time contract at 40 hours per week (to be worked flexibly, including occasional weekend cover)
• Day shifts only
In this role you will provide support and guidance to your team, ensure that all systems and records are updated in line with procedure, and monitor practice and performance of the team through direct observation. You will work with the Registered Manager to report any areas of concern or weakness, and to ensure all departmental specific and compliance Key performance indicators are achieved.
What we’re looking for in a Care Manager:
• Have completed a recognised qualification such as Diploma Level 5
• A good understanding of contractual and CQC compliance
• Strong leadership & influencing skills
• Well organised with strong communication, administrational and record keeping skills
