A small private nursing home on the outskirts of Falkirk is currently looking to recruit an experienced RGN, RMN or RNLD to work as Charge Nurse on days.
The home offers general elderly nursing care, with extensive facilities in place to enable residents to enjoy the highest standards of care and quality of life.
What the home is offering and details of this Charge Nurse position:
• Full time hours of 36 - 42 hours per week on a permanent basis
• Day shifts only
• Excellent rates of pay of up to £18 per hour, which is in line with NHS Band 6 rates
• Provided Uniform

• Support with revalidation
As Charge Nurse, you will lead the shift, coordinate care and support junior nursing staff, playing a key role in the day-to-day management of the home.
The skills, qualifications and qualities required in a Charge Nurse:
• NMC Registered
• Qualified Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disabilities/RNLD
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and confident leading shifts and coordinating care
• Passionate about delivering and promoting best care practice
