A large nursing home in Gravesend currently requires an experienced RGN or RMN Nurse Manager to work as Clinical Unit Manager.

In this role you will coordinate the planning and implementation of care within a small unit within in the home, along with managing and monitoring service delivery.  You will lead and develop the care and nursing team, motivating the teams to deliver the best possible standards of care and quality of life.

Applicants for this Clinical Unit Nurse Manager position should meet the following criteria:

• NMC Registered Nurse – Adult/RGN or Mental Health/RMN will both be considered
• Experienced in a managerial or supervisory capacity in a clinical setting, ideally within the elderly care sector
• Demonstrate proven elderly and dementia care experience
• Confident leading, developing and motivating a team
• Demonstrate good working knowledge of CQC essential standards
