A leading nursing home in the Basingstoke area is looking to recruit a Registered Adult Nurse/RGN to join their team as Deputy Home Manager.

About the Deputy Home Manager role and what the home is offering:

  • A permanent full-time contract of 40 hours per week
  • A competitive hourly pay of £22.00 and £45,760 annually which is in line with NHS Band 7 rates of pay
  • 1/3 supernumerary work

As Nurse Deputy Manager your duties and responsibilities will include coordinating and managing the care and nursing staff, supporting with clinical audits, managing and monitoring the delivery of clinical and personal care and ensuring clinical records are maintained in line with CQC essential standards.

What we’re looking for in a Deputy Home Manager:

  • NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN
  • Previous management experience in a UK nursing home is desired
  • Good clinical knowledge and understanding
  • Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal and time-management skills
  • Able to lead, develop and motivate a team
  • Able to work in a team effectively as well as individually when needed
