A highly respected, expanding Domiciliary and Complex care provider in Coleshill has a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join their team and provide a new lease of leadership to the business.

Details of this Deputy Manager position and what our client is offering the successful candidate:

•              A permanent, full-time contract working 40 hours per week on day shifts

•              A great annual salary of £25,000

As Deputy Manager you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the operations of the service at the agreed standard and within our financial budget. Your duties will include providing leadership, administrative care, people management functions and overseeing the operations of our services.

What the branch is looking for in a Deputy Manager:

•              Hold a recognised Management qualification such as an NVQ Level 5 or equivalent

•              Proven experience in a similar role is preferred

•              A strong leader, who can motivate, lead, and support staff

•              Financially aware, and able to manage budgets

•              Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to domiciliary care setting

•              High levels of building rapport and creating relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
