A small residential nursing home in the Grimsby area currently requires a Deputy Manager to help to run and maintain the high levels of care the home has set.
The home provides around the clock care to residents with learning disability related issues.
Details of this Deputy Manager position and what the home is offering:
• A permanent contract to work 40 hours per week
• Day shifts
• A fantastic salary of £24,000 p/a

As Deputy Manager, you will work alongside the Registered Manager to coordinate the day to day management of the service, managing staff, budgets and resources. You will coordinate, manage and monitor care plans and will ensure the highest standards of care that meet the needs of residents and exceed legislative requirements.
What we are looking for:
• NVQ/SVQ Level 2/3/4, in addition to training courses relevant to the role
• Valid DBS
• Confident leading, developing and motivating a team
• Demonstrate good working knowledge of CQC essential standards
