A private care home in the Mitcheldean area is looking to recruit an experienced RGN, RMN or RNLD or RMN Nurse to work as Deputy Manager.
This care home looks after both elderly residents and younger adults and supports those with dementia and mental health conditions.
What the home is offering and details of this Deputy Manager position:
• 40 hours per week on a permanent contract
• Day shifts only
• Fantastic rate of pay offered at £19.80 per hour (equates to NHS Band 6/7)

As Deputy Manager, you will work alongside the Registered Manager to coordinate the clinical and operational management of the home. You will deliver effective clinical leadership and line management to the care and nursing teams along with coordinating care plans and monitoring service delivery.
What our client is looking for in a Deputy Manager:
• NMC Registered Nurse
• Qualified Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disabilities/RNLD
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident leading, developing and motivating a team
• Demonstrate good working knowledge of CQC essential standards
