A charity run nursing home in Barnet is looking to hire a registered Deputy Nursing Home Manager to help lead and develop the home with the leadership team. The home cares for elderly adults and strives to give them the best care and quality of life.
Details of this Deputy Nursing Home Manager position and what the successful candidate will receive:
· A permanent full-time contract of 40 hours per week
· A competitive annual salary of between £37,000 and £45,000 depending on experience 
· Day Shifts 
· A chance to support managing a fully CQC compliant home

You will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the home and will lead the home in their absence.  You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the planning and delivery of care and will ensure care plans and medication records are correctly updated, undertaking regular clinical audits and supervisions. 
The qualities, experience, and skills our client require in a Deputy Nursing Home Manager RGN/RMN:
· NMC Qualified Adult Nurse/RGN/RNDL or Mental Health Nurse/RMN with a recognised leadership qualification NVQ4/RMA or Diploma Level 5 are considered however a non-Nurse may be considered. 
· A high level of deputy management experience is required due to the nature of the role
· Good understanding of CQC essential standards and quality requirements 
· Good clinical knowledge
· Well organised, with good attention to detail and a real passion for providing high quality care
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
