£55,000 per annum – Band 8b Equivalent | 40 Hour P/W – Days | Elderly Nursing Home | RNLD/RMN/RGN considered

An experienced RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified Home Manager is required to work in an Elderly nursing home in the Bolton area.

The home is situated in a picturesque setting and has a strong, experienced team in place, always ensuring consistent high-quality care

Details of this position and what the successful candidate will receive:

• A permanent contract of 42 hours per week on day shifts

• A fantastic annual salary offered at £55,000 (Band 8b Equivalent) with a performance-based bonus

As Home Manager, you will take responsibility for the clinical and operational management of the home. This includes the effective management of staff, budgets and resources along with ensuring all clinical and medication records are accurately maintained and care is to a high standard.

The successful candidate for this post will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified Adult Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD

• Up to date NMC registration

• Experienced with a proven track record as home manager

• Good understanding of CQC essential standards and quality requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Well organised, with good attention to detail and a passion for providing high quality care
