An exciting opportunity has arisen in a private hospital in Droitwich Spa for an experienced Diagnostic Radiographer with management experience to work as Imaging Clinical Services Manager.

Details of this Imaging Clinical Services Manager position and what the hospital is offering:

As Imaging Clinical Services Manager, your duties will entail providing clinical leadership and direction to the Imaging team with a focus on quality of care and customer service.  You will also work closely with the Senior Management Team to monitor and evaluate service delivery.

Applicants for this Imaging Clinical Services Manager post should meet the following criteria:

  • Degree/Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography
  • Proven management experience within a multimodality imaging department, with experience in general imaging, MRI and CT scanning
  • Positive, proactive leadership style with the ability to motivate and lead a strong team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills
  • The ability to analyse and interpret data and make sound, informed decisions
  • Awareness of budgetary and financial management systems and processes in the private healthcare sector
