£300 to £400 a Day | Covering Long Term Sick on Open Ended Interim Contract | Day Shifts

A leading care home in the Swansea area is looking for a fully qualified Home Manager to join their management team covering long term sick, this would be an open-ended interim contract. Both Nurse qualified and Non-Nurses are considered for this role.

About the Interim Home Manager role and what the home is offering:

  • A competitive daily pay of £300 for Non-Nurses and £400 a day for Nurse Qualified
  • The role is to cover long term sick and is an open-ended interim contract
  • Day Shifts
  • A supportive team and work environment

What we’re looking for in an Interim Home Manager:

  • NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Registered Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD (If applying for Nurse Manager role)
  • Must have Diploma Level 4 as a minimum
  • Must be in IR35 (PAYE)
  • Nursing home management experience is essential
  • Good clinical knowledge and understanding
  • Excellent communication, time-management, organisational and interpersonal skills
