A Barrhead nursing home is currently looking to recruit an experienced Registered Nurse to work as Junior Sister on a full time, permanent basis on a 20-bedded nursing unit.

In this role, you will lead shifts on the unit, coordinate care and lead a team of Staff Nurses and HCAs, playing a key role in the running of the home.
You will be joining a home that offers general elderly nursing care, meeting all Care Inspectorate requirements during the most recent inspection. Extensive facilities are in place to enable residents to enjoy the highest standards of care and quality of life.
The skills, qualifications and qualities required:
- NMC Registered Nurse – Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA, Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
- Demonstrate previous experience working in a UK nursing home setting, with experience working at Senior Staff Nurse level
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and confident leading shifts and coordinating care
