A luxury residential care home in Wakefield has an exciting opportunity for a Care Manager to support the care team on nights.

This is a great role for an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant looking for career progression and you will be joining a strong team and will be well-supported in your transition with a fantastic fast-track programme.

 Details of this Night Care Manager role and what the successful candidate will receive:

•             A permanent, full-time position working 42 hours per week

•             Night shifts (3 on/3 off consistent shift patterns 8pm - 8am)

•             A fantastic pay rate offered at £11.76 p/h

•             Paid breaks and Bank Holidays

•             Uniform/DBS provided

•             Free onsite car parking and close to local transport links

•             Refer a friend scheme

As Care Manager you will coordinate, manage and monitor aspects of planning and delivery of resident care. You will also help to lead and develop the care team, working to deliver the best possible standards of care and living to residents.

What the home is looking for in a Care Manager: 

•             Relevant qualifications, at least NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3

•             Previous care experience in a care home, ideally at a senior level

•             Able to lead, develop and motivate a team

•             Good clinical knowledge and understanding

•             Excellent communication, organisational, time-management and interpersonal skills
