One of the UK’s leading care groups currently has an exciting opportunity for a qualified RGN, RMN or RNLD to work as a Night Nurse Manager in their large nursing home on the Eastern outskirts of Glasgow.
The home offers an excellent environment for older people with a range of nursing care needs and neurological conditions, with state of the art facilities and luxury accommodation in place throughout.

As Night Nurse Manager your responsibilities will involve providing clinical leadership and line management to the care and nursing teams, along with coordinating clinical services during the night shift. You will ensure the safety and security of the service during the night shift, undertaking regular rounds to monitor quality assurance, assisting with emergencies and providing clinical support.
Applicants for this Night Nurse Manager RGN/RMN/RNLD post should be/have:
• Qualified Adult Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
• NMC registered
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident leading a team of RNs and HCAs and able to effectively lead shifts and manage care
• Kind and caring with a compassionate approach
