A large nursing home located in the picturesque seaside town of Deal currently has a Staff Nurse vacancy for a qualified RGN.
The fully compliant home provides round the clock tailored nursing care for elderly people with a diagnosis of dementia or general nursing needs, whilst enabling residents to retain as much independence as possible.
Details of this Staff Nurse role and what the successful candidate will receive:
• Full or part-time hours available for this permanent contract
• Excellent hourly rates of pay from £17.50 (depending on experience) - NHS Band 6 equivalent
• Nights only

As Staff Nurse, your duties will include administering and managing medications, planning and delivering resident care and leading a small team of carers whilst on duty. You will demonstrate a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
The successful candidate for this Staff Nurse post will meet the following criteria:
• NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of current clinical practices of person-centred care
