A 50+ bedded Mansfield Nursing home is looking to recruit an RGN, RMN or RNLD to join their night nursing team on a full-time basis.
The home offers a home from home environment for service users whilst providing them with the highest standards of care.
Details of the Night Nurse roles and what the home is offering:
- A permanent contract to work 36 to 48 hours per week, worked as 3-to-4-night shifts over a flexible 7 day rota (7pm – 7am)
- Fantastic rates of pay of £19.50 per hour, which is in line with NHS Band 7 rates of pay and equates to an annual salary of up to £48,670 for a 48 hour contract
- 5.6 weeks annual leave
- Free uniforms, free on-site parking and free DBS
- A contributory pension scheme and sick pay
As Night Nurse you play a key role in managing and delivering person centred care and administering drugs and medications. You will undertake all aspects of care planning and delivery.
What we are looking for in a Night Nurse:
- NMC Registered Nurse - Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disabilities/RNLD
- Demonstrate some post-registration experience, ideally in a UK care home setting
- Passionate about delivering high quality care
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
