An RGN/RMN/RNLD Registered Nurse with care home management experience is required to work as CQC Registered Manager and lead a private nursing home in Hucknall.
The home offers round-the-clock nursing care to elderly residents supporting those with dementia, sensory impairment, and physical disabilities.
Details of this Nurse Home Manager position and what our client is offering the successful candidate:
• A permanent, full-time contract of 40 hours per week working on day shifts.
• A great annual salary of £60,000 which equates to NHS Band 8

As Registered Manager, you will coordinate and oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a cost-effective and efficient service that doesn’t compromise on the quality of care or life. You will deliver effective clinical leadership and line management to the clinical and non-clinical teams in addition to managing budgets and resources.
What the home is looking for:
• NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA, Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN, or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
• Experienced in managing a UK elderly nursing home
• A strong leader and able to motivate, lead and support clinical and non-clinical staff
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to a UK nursing home
• Financially aware and able to manage and adhere to budgets
