£27,000 to £32,000 per annum | 40 Hours | Day Shifts Only

A large care home in the Stanley area is looking to recruit a Nurse Qualified Home Manager, RGN, or RMN to lead the team and develop the service.

Details of this Nurse Home Manager post and what our client is offering:

  • 40 hours per week on day shifts only
  • An excellent annual salary from £27,000 to £32,000
  • Enhanced DBS paid by the company
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

As Nurse Home Manager you will provide effective management and guidance to the care and nursing teams, ensuring the best possible standards of care are maintained and that a cost-effective service is delivered without compromising on care.

Applicants for this Nurse Home Manager position should meet the following criteria:

  • NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years’ experience at managerial level, and will also hold either an RMA (Registered Managers Award) or an NVQ Level 5 in Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an effective, proactive leader
  • Experienced managing budgets and resources
  • Hold a UK driving licence (is preferred with PL insurance)
  • Experience in management and dementia is essential
