My client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to work as Nurse Night Manager in their care home in Newcastle-under-Lyme.  This service provides expert general nursing, dementia and Challenging Behaviour.

Details of this Nurse Night Manager vacancy and what the home is offering:

•             36 hours per week

•             Excellent hourly rate up to £21.00 which is equivalent to NHS Band 7 and £45.7K per annum

As Nurse Night Manager, you will coordinate, manage, and monitor the clinical services in your unit, maintaining high standards of care and ensuring the holistic needs of service users are met.

•             Qualified as Adult Registered General Nurse, RGN, with up-to-date NMC registration

•             Demonstrate previous experience in a senior position in an elderly care environment

•             Confident assessing service users and coordinating care

•             Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
