SYK Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting for an experienced RGN or RMN with a background in elderly care to work as Deputy Manager in a 50 bedded Portsmouth care home.

Details of this Deputy Nursing Home Manager RGN/RMN post are as follows:

  • 40 hours per week on a permanent basis
  • Fantastic rates of pay of £20 per hour
  • Day shifts only
  • An excellent working environment in a new build, state of the art home with industry leading facilities

As Nursing Home Deputy Manager RGM/RMN, you will create, manage and monitor care plans and medication records, in addition to managing staffing rotas and leading and developing the care and nursing teams.

Applicants for this Deputy Nursing Home Manager RGN/RMN position should meet the following criteria:

  • NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN
  • From a strong background in elderly care, with senior or managerial level experience
  • Confident leading and developing both clinical and non-clinical teams
  • Demonstrate good working knowledge of CQC essential standards and best practices of care planning and delivery
  • Passionate about providing the best possible standards of care and quality of life to service
