£70,000 - £75,000 p/a + Car Allowance | Full-Time Perm | RMN/RGN Considered | Covering Sites in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and down to London

A leading national health and social care group is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Manager to work as Operations Director for their services throughout the South East Region. This is a remote role but will include regular travel.

You will cover approximately 17 specialist care services and will be responsible for the homes’ operational and financial performance as well as for leading and supporting the home management teams, working with stakeholders and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.

Details of this Operations Director role and what the post-holder will receive:

  • A full-time, permanent contract
  • A great annual salary offered up to £75,000
  • A car allowance of £5,200 – the role will require regular travel
  • An industry leading staff benefits package

You will be responsible for leading the Operational Management Team and will manage and monitor KPIs and QPIs, and set and manage financial, strategic and care targets and work with Local Authorities and CCGs.

What we are looking for in an Operations Director:

  • Qualified Adult Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN with a valid NMC pin
  • Previous strong experience in managing a large Portfolio of homes
  • A full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • A good understanding of the factors influencing and impacting social care provision
  • A passion for delivering high quality, person centred services
