A leading private hospital in the Colchester area is looking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated Physiotherapy Manager to strengthen and lead their growing Physiotherapy team. This would be on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the Senior Physiotherapy Manager role and what the hospital is offering:
• A competitive annual salary of between £45,000 and £47,500 (Enhancement rates between 30% and 100% for evenings, weekends and bank holidays)

As Physiotherapy Manager, responsibilities will revolve around the delivery of the strategic vision and plans for the hospital, as well as accountability for the customer/stakeholder and financial results for Physiotherapy. You will provide leadership to the Physiotherapy team, assisting with the delivery of care where necessary, being a role model to ensure highest standards of practice are maintained.
What we’re looking for in a Physiotherapy Manager:
• BSc in Physiotherapy
• Member of the CSP as a Chartered Physiotherapist, with knowledge of CSP and HCPC Codes and guidelines and their implications for practice
• Previous experience of leadership in a similar setting, including proven history of effectively management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time-management and organisational skills
• Good clinical knowledge, commercial and financial awareness
