A vacancy for an RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified Nurse to work as Regional Manager has arisen to be based at a beautiful care home in the Bedhampton area. 
Although the role is based in Bedhampton, the areas covered by the Regional Manger would be Portsmouth, Petersfield, Southampton, Dorchester and Isle of Wight.
What the home is offering and details of this Regional Manager RGN/RMN/RNLD role:
• 40 hours per week
• Days only
• Salary can be negotiated - From £55,000 per annum - NHS Band 8b

As RGN/RMN/RNLD Regional Manager you will be responsible for providing provide strong inspirational leadership to Home Mangers and the individual Home teams within your region and your purpose will be to continually improve standards within the Homes by showing support with statutory & regulatory requirements and financial performance.
Applicants for this Regional Manager RGN/RMN/RNLD post should be/have: 
• Qualified Adult General Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
• Up to date NMC registration
• Experienced in a managerial capacity
• Demonstrate excellent understanding of CQC essential standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge
