A leading care provider is looking to recruit a Registered Adult Nurse to join their team as Regional Nursing Lead covering 4 homes across the Lothian area.
About the Regional Nursing Lead role and what the client is offering:
• A competitive pay rate of £22.00 per hour, which is in line with NHS Band 7 rates of pay and comes to an annual salary in the region of £44,000.
• A permanent full-time contract of 40 hours per week on day shifts
• Shift patterns are Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm

As Regional Nursing Lead you will focus on ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained across the 4 homes. You will prepare and monitor residents care and oversee that these care plans are carried out within the homes, when necessary, you will be required to carry out these individual care plans yourself.
You will ensure the homes are performing well and adhering to the company’s policies and procedures.
What we’re looking for in a Regional Nursing Lead:
• NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD
• Prior experience in overseeing multiple homes is preferred
• Effective communicator both verbal and written
• Be able to lead and develop a team
• Be able to manage and develop different homes in the Lothian area
• Must have a full UK valid driving license and own a car
• Good clinical knowledge and understanding
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and time-management skills
