A leading nursing home in Uxbridge is recruiting for RGN, RMN and RNLD Registered Nurses to join their clinical team on a permanent basis.
The home is owned and operated by a leading UK care provider and offers elderly frail and dementia nursing care packages, with great facilities and a home from home feel.
Details of the Registered Nurse vacancies and what the successful candidates can expect to receive:

In this Registered Nurse role, you will manage and implement care for a caseload of residents in the home, ensuring care plans are up to date and meeting both resident needs and legal requirements. You will also safely manage and administer drugs and medications in addition to leading a team of HCAs on shift in the delivery of high-quality care.
What we are looking for in a Nurse:
• NMC Registered Nurse - Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disability/RNLD branches will all be considered
• Ideally demonstrate some post-registration experience (preferably within an UK care home setting) although the home can support newly qualified Nurses in their transition from student to qualified clinician
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive approach and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
