A small care home in Boston is currently looking to recruit a Residential Deputy Manager to join their team. This fully compliant care home provides first class care to elderly residents and younger adults, supporting those with learning disabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers.

Details of this Residential Deputy Manager role and what the successful candidate will receive:

•             40 hours per week on a permanent basis

•             Day shifts only

•             Excellent pay rate of £9.72 per hour

•             28 days annual leave inclusive of Bank Holidays

As Residential Deputy Manager, you will work alongside the Registered Manager to coordinate the clinical and operational management of the service, managing staff, budgets and resources and promoting the best possible standards of care.

The successful candidate for this Residential Deputy Manager post will meet the following criteria:

•             Have completed a recognised care management qualification at a minimum of NVQ Level 4

•             Diploma level 5

•             Senior Healthcare Assistant or Team Leader experience

•             It is essential to have experience of CQC and care home audits

•             Committed to delivering the best possible standards of care and safety

•             Enthusiastic and motivated
