A leading care group is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Performance & Insights Analyst to join their team at their office based in the Derby area.

What our client is offering to the successful Senior Performance Analyst:

  • A permanent position working 40 hours per week
  • Days only
  • A great annual salary of £45,405 depending on experience

As Senior Performance Analyst you will deliver a high-quality information to support performance monitoring, improve business outcomes and ensure the organisation can meet all objectives.

What our client is looking for in a Senior Performance Analyst:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent relevant professional experience  
  • Ability to build positive and effective working relationships with people at all levels
  • Proven experience of producing indicators and automated reporting in line with operational and business requirements
  • Ability to provide both a quality and customer focused service
