A leading Norwich private hospital currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior  Surgical Ward Nurse to support their nursing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As Senior Staff Nurse, you will provide support to the nursing team and to the deputy sister and their deputy on the surgical ward, to provide excellent quality patient care.

What we are looking for in a Senior Staff Nurse - Surgical Ward:

•              Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA with NMC registration

•              Strong Leadership/coordinator skills

•              Passionate about ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety

•              Autonomous decision maker
