An elderly and dementia nursing home in Penzance is looking to recruit an experienced RGN or RMN to work as Senior Nurse.
The fully CQC compliant home is locally owned and operated and provides a fantastic environment to older people with a range of 24 hour care needs.
Details of this Senior Staff Nurse role and what the home is offering:
- A permanent contract to work 40 hours per week on flexible shifts covering a 7 day rota
- Depending on experience the home offers competitive annual salary in the region of £38,500 to £44,140

In this role you will support the Head of Care and the home management team to ensure that high standards of care are maintained throughout the home and your duties will be a mix of supernumerary and clinical shifts.
Applicants for this Staff Nurse post should be/have:
- NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA or Mental Health Nurse/RMHN/RMN
- Demonstrate proven experience in a UK nursing home setting
- Flexible to work shifts over a 7 day rota and meet the needs of a 24 hour care service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable nature
- Enthusiastic, motivated and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
