£30,000 to £32,000 per annum | 40 Hours | Day Shifts

A small residential care home in the Nottingham area has an exciting vacancy for a Service Manager to lead and develop the service.

The service is CQC compliant, and you would be working for a renowned healthcare provider whose aim is to enable service users to make life choices, be socially included and take a full and active part in their community.

Details of the Service Manager vacancies and what the client is offering:
• 40 hours per week
• Day shifts only 
• Great pay rates offered from £30,000 to £32,000 per annum
• Supportive work environment in a fully CQC compliant setting 

The role will involve being responsible for the managerial aspects of the service, exceeding CQC and other regulatory bodies’ expectations and ensuring the best standards of care are maintained.

What we are looking for in a Service Manager:
• NVQ/SVQ Level 4 qualified
• Demonstrate some experience of managing services specialising in Learning Disabilities
• Good understanding of CQC legislation and quality standards
• Able to competently lead and motivate a staff team
