A leading nursing home in the Aberdare area is looking to recruit a Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RMN/RNLD to join their nursing team on a permanent basis.

About the Staff Nurse role and what the home is offering:

•             A competitive hourly pay of £18.00 and £41,184 annually which is in line with NHS Band 6

•             A permanent full-time contract of 44 hours per week

•             Day or night shifts

In this role you will play a key role in the planning, delivery and management of resident care programmes.  You will manage a caseload of residents and will lead a team of HCAs on shift in the delivery of personal care.

What we are looking for in a Staff Nurse:

•             NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA, Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD

•             Demonstrate some post-registration experience

•             Ideally experience working in a UK nursing home setting

•             Enthusiastic, motivated and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
