A leading Kent hospital is currently looking to recruit a Registered Nurse to work in the eye clinic on a full-time, permanent basis.
Details of this Staff Nurse position are as follows:
• Permanent contracts to work 37.5 hours per week
• Day shifts
• A competitive annual salary up to £30,615, depending on experience
• A friendly and supportive working environment in an 'Outstanding' rated hospital
In this role, you will provide high standards of Peri-operative care, preparing and facilitating theatre lists including entering patient information on IT systems, and assisting the Ophthalmic Theatre procedures as a Scrub or Recovery Nurse.
Applicants for this vacancy should meet the following criteria:
• NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN
• ALRT/ Immediate Life Support training would be ideal, but will be offered
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and work well in a team
• A strong patient focused approach
