An elderly and dementia home in the Romsey area currently requires a Registered Nurse to join their days nursing team.
The home is CQC compliant and provides round the clock clinical care to older adults with elderly, dementia and disability nursing care needs in a quiet, homely setting.
Details of this Staff Nurse vacancy and what the home is offering:
- A permanent contract to work up to 48 hours per week on flexible night shifts, with part-time hours also considered
- Competitive hourly pay rates from £16.50 to £18.50 depending on experience, which is in line with NHS Band 6 pay rates

In this role, you will manage and implement care for a caseload of approx. 25 residents in the home, ensuring care plans are up to date and meeting both resident needs and legal requirements. You will also safely manage and administer drugs and medications in addition to leading a team of HCAs on shift in the delivery of high-quality care.
What our client is looking for in a Nurse:
- NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
- Ideally experienced in a UK nursing home setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring and compassionate nature and a passion for providing high quality care
- Well organised and able to manage your own time and workload
