A small nursing home in West Bromwich is currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join their clinical team on days.
The home caters to older adults with a range of physical and mental health/dementia nursing needs and provides a home from home setting.
Details of the Staff Nurse role and what the home is offering:
- A permanent contract to work 36 hours per week, working 3 X long day shifts over a 7 day rota
- Competitive pay rates of £17 per hour plus paid breaks, which is in line with NHS Band 6 rates and equates to an annual salary in the region of £31,852
- Free staff parking
As Staff Nurse, you will coordinate and implement care plans, manage and administer medications and ensure that a high quality clinical and personal care service is maintained, working in collaboration with the HCAs on duty.
What we are looking for:
- NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA, Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN, or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
- Demonstrate some post-registration experience
- Ideally experience working in a UK nursing home setting
- Enthusiastic, motivated and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
