My client is a specialist provider of individually tailored community-based support and has a fantastic opportunity for a support worker to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the Support Worker role:
- A competitive annual salary of £28,392
- Working 39 hours on a full-time basis
- Days shifts
- Permanent contract
As Support Worker, you will be expected to achieve the highest standards of tailored care for the service user you support. You will need to comply with all recording systems completing all records to the required standard.
What we’re looking for in a Support Worker:
- Qualified - NVQ/SVQ Level 3
- Flexibility to work a different pattern of shifts in line with business needs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and time-management skills
- The candidate must be a male, over the age of 30 years as per the service user needs
