£42,000 - £45,000 per Annum DoE | 37.5 Hours per Week | Days or Nights
An experienced and enthusiastic RGN or ODP is required to work as Theatre Lead in a leading south Birmingham hospital.
Details of this Theatre Lead position and what the hospital is offering are as follows:
• 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis
• Days or Nights
• A fantastic annual salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience
In this role you will support the running and developing of the theatre services. You will also be responsible for ensuring the theatre department meets the requirements of the Care Quality Commission to ensure high standatds of patient care are met.
What we are looking for:
• NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN or HCPC registered Theatre Practitioner/ODP
• Proven post-registration experience, ideally with experience working in a senior role
• Strong communication skills and an effective leader of people, with a flexible and motivated approach
• Demonstrate a good understanding of risk management, with comprehensivelinical knowledge practices
