A leading Leicester hospital currently has an exciting opportunity for a RGN qualified Ward Manager to manage the day to day running of our Wards.

As Ward Manager, you will lead a team of highly qualified nurses, whilst providing excellent patient care and using your existing knowledge to make a valuable contribution to the patient’s experience.
The skills, experience, qualifications, and qualities we are looking for in a Ward Manager:
• NMC registered
• Qualified Adult Nurse/RGN
• Demonstrate nursing management experience as a junior sister/charge nurse or ideally as a current ward manager
• Confident leading, developing and motivating a team of highly qualified nurses
