A leading private hospital in Tunbridge Wells currently requires an experienced RGN to join their ward nursing team.

Details of this Ward Staff Nurse RGN vacancy and what the hospital is offering:

  • 37.5 hours per week on day or night shifts
  • Excellent rates of pay of £23,000 to £31,000 p/a

This Ward Staff Nurse RGN role will involve managing a small patient caseload, undertaking medication rounds and providing patients with support and advice during and following discharge.  You will also be required to take charge of the ward in the absence of the team leader

Applicants for this Ward Staff Nurse RGN position should meet the following criteria:

  • NMC registered Level 1 Adult Nurse/RGN
  • At least 12 months post registration experience, with experience in a ward nursing environment
  • Confident in the management and delivery of clinical care
  • Ideally have completed a recognised mentorship qualification with experience of mentoring staff
